Mr. Lilienfeld moved to Sunny Isles Beach when it was called “Sunny Isles” in 1976, and lived there continuously until 2005. During that time, in addition to having numerous clients in the Sunny Isles Beach area, he was Chairman of the Charter Commission who created the City of Sunny Isles Beach and was active in planning and zoning in the years following the City’s incorporation.
