In Broward County, we have represented orthopedic surgeons, lawyers and law firms, metal building distributors, mortgage companies, dentists and dental practices. In the City of Ft. Lauderdale alone we represent numerous lawyers, an architectural firm, a general contractor, a certified mediator, financial professionals, numerous real estate owners and developers, family foundations and boating distributors. Additionally, I’ve given numerous speeches in the Ft. Lauderdale area on the subject of income and estate taxation.

In Dade County, our client list is extensive and includes lawyers of all disciplines and law firms, doctors and medical practices, jet charter services, real estate developers, mortgage brokers and many people in the real estate industry, a fresh fish distributor with sales in excess of $30 million per year, and a wire distributor with sales in excess of $20 million per year in sales. We have represented many condominium associations, as well as have an extensive wealth, building and preservation practice that concentrates its efforts on the elderly who have accumulated money during their working and business careers.

Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County are home to me. I’ve lived here for 55 years, and my entire professional career has been here. Michael E. Melnick, has lived here almost as long. Generally we both are involved in all financial areas. I specialize in tax and wealth building, while Michael concentrates on business operations and accounting issues.
